One of our most popular training workshops, this workshop helps team members understand each other’s personality better and thus achieve a better and more productive environment. In this workshop team members will learn about their personality traits helping them identify their strengths and stress triggers, and how they can complement each other.

In this second interactive workshop team members will learn how to use the knowledge they acquired in the first workshop in order to achieve a better functioning and happier team.

With this training, we aim to provide a strategy for understanding clients better and thus being able to offer them a more interesting proposition that better tackles their needs helping secure their loyalty. In this first part, participants will learn about the importance of the external factors that affect a business through the Porter's 5 Forces model.

In this highly interactive workshop participants will learn the essentials of effective presenting from structure to body language and the use of technologies. The importance of storytelling and how to manage nerves.
